A Day of Healing | Frequently Asked Questions
A Day of Healing is an immersive holistic healing experience offered in Asheville, Hendersonville, and throughout Western North Carolina. This extended session is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, stress relief, and full-body restoration.
What is A Day of Healing?
A Day of Healing is a private, 4–4.5 hour immersive wellness retreat designed to support deep restoration of the body, mind, and nervous system.
This extended healing session may include therapeutic massage, integrative bodywork, aromatherapy, Bach flower remedy consultation, guided meditation, tea ritual, nourishing food, and time for rest and integration.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, emotionally tender, or simply in need of intentional space to reset, this experience offers a place to soften, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
Who is this experience for?
This experience is ideal for individuals who:
🌿 Feel chronically stressed, overwhelmed, or depleted
🌿 Are navigating burnout, life transitions, or emotional processing
🌿 Identify as highly sensitive or intuitive and need space to recalibrate
🌿 Are seeking a holistic healing retreat rather than a standard massage
🌿 Crave uninterrupted time to rest, reflect, and receive care
You don’t need a specific issue—only a desire to feel more grounded, supported, and connected.
What happens during a 4-hour healing session?
Each Day of Healing is personalized and intuitively guided.
We begin with a brief, grounding conversation to explore your current state and intentions. From there, your session unfolds organically—blending modalities that support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
There is nothing you need to do or figure out. This is a space where your nervous system can settle, your body can receive, and deeper healing can naturally unfold.
Do I need to be an existing client to book?
New clients are welcome. However, all new clients are required to schedule a 60-minute massage or bodywork session first before booking A Day of Healing.
This allows us to build trust, understand your body, and ensure this immersive healing experience is aligned with your needs.
How should I prepare for my healing session?
To receive the most benefit from your session:
🌿 Arrive well-hydrated
🌿 Eat a light meal beforehand
🌿 Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
🌿 Keep your schedule clear before and after your session
You’ll receive additional preparation guidance after booking.
Where are sessions located?

🌿 Deeply relaxed and grounded
🌿 More emotionally clear or open
🌿 Physically lighter and more at ease
Because this is a full-spectrum healing experience, integration may continue for several days. Rest, hydration, and gentle movement are encouraged.
Is this a medical or therapeutic treatment?
A Day of Healing is a holistic wellness service designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and overall well-being.
It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or mental health treatment, but can complement your existing care practices.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because this experience reserves an extended portion of the day, advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Full policy details are provided at the time of booking.
How often should I book a Day of Healing?
Many clients book seasonally, during periods of transition, or whenever they feel the need for a deeper reset.
Listening to your body and inner rhythm is the best guide.
What makes this different from a regular massage session?
A Day of Healing is not just a longer appointment—it is a fully immersive healing retreat.
Rather than focusing on one modality, this experience allows time for integrative bodywork, rest, nourishment, and nervous system support to unfold naturally.
It is a dedicated space for deep restoration, reconnection, and intentional care.
